Responsibilities

  • Evaluating and taking part in developing marketing strategy for Russia & CIS;
  • Planning, directing, and supervising marketing efforts of the Company and clients/partners (dealers, DIY retail chains, marketplaces, etc.);
  • Developing and ensuring branding standards for points of sale, show-rooms, service centers, merchandise items;
  • Managing marketing budget and expenditures; analyzing performance (ROI);
  • Managing full scale of marketing and branding activities: both digital and off-line (SMM, advertising campaigns, PR events, exhibitions, trade-days, conferences, production of POSM);
  • Coordination of Advertising materials orders;
  • Analyzing competitors' activities;
  • Using marketing insights to contribute towards the overall business strategy;
  • Communication with Marketing agencies;
  • Managing team of 5+ subordinates.

Requirements:

  • Higher marketing and/or economical education;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a marketing management role;
  • Experience in promotion of industrial brands;
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills, copywriting skills;
  • Strong proven project management and people management skills;
  • Strategic thinking abilities, analytical mindset;
  • Creativity;
  • Fluent English;
  • Ready for business trips.

Conditions:

  • Reporting to Sales Director;
  • Fixed salary based on the interview results;
  • Medical insurance after the probation period (3 months);
