Tibbo Systems is a global leader in software solutions for the Internet of Things (IoT), IT infrastructure management, industrial automation, and data center monitoring.
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market success of the AggreGate product line across our core domains (Industrial IoT/SCADA, MES, and IT/Network Monitoring). You will serve as the vital bridge between our cutting-edge technology and the market, ensuring our products’ value is clearly communicated. In essence, a Product Marketing Manager “owns the positioning, messaging, and branding of a product” acting as the product’s chief storyteller and evangelist. You will play an integral role in tying product strategy to go-to-market execution, working cross-functionally to make our solutions “fly off the shelf.”
Key Responsibilities
- Market Insight & Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to become the expert on our buyers (who they are, how they buy, key criteria) and our competitors’ offerings. You should know the market “like the back of your hand”, backing up insights with real market evidence. Leverage these insights to identify market opportunities and shape product positioning that resonates with target enterprise clients and partners.
-
Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear, compelling product positioning and value propositions for AggreGate’s solutions. Craft product narratives that translate complex technical features into customer-centric benefits and real-world use cases. Ensure all messaging is consistent, credible, and aligned with our overall brand strategy. Own decisions on what content and messaging goes into our website, product pages, and sales materials – not just wrapping others’ input, but proactively defining the story we tell.
-
Go-to-Market Planning: Drive the creation and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches and major feature releases. Develop comprehensive GTM plans that include target market segmentation, launch objectives, key messages, and marketing tactics across channels. Plan and orchestrate product launch activities from beginning to end – coordinating with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, PR, and other teams to ensure successful releases. Define the optimal “demo scenarios,” proof points, and storytelling angles that will best showcase new capabilities to our enterprise audience.
-
Content Development & Thought Leadership: Lead the production of high-quality marketing content that establishes AggreGate as a thought leader in Industrial IoT and automation. This includes creating and overseeing technically rich collateral – white papers, case studies, solution briefs, technical blog posts, webinars, demo scripts, etc. that demonstrate our expertise. You will ensure technical accuracy and depth in all content (no superficial fluff), working closely with engineers and pre-sales experts to validate details.
-
Sales Enablement: Act as a key enabler for our Sales and Pre-Sales teams. Develop internal tools and sales enablement materials (e.g. pitch decks, ROI calculators, competitive battlecards, FAQs) that empower our sales channels to succeed. Train the sales team and channel partners on our product’s value propositions, target use cases, and differentiation teaching them not just what the product does, but why it matters to the customer’s business. Be the go-to resource for sales when they need clarification on product messaging or help addressing technical objections. This includes running internal workshops, product demo sessions, and occasionally joining important sales calls to lend expert credibility.
-
Customer Engagement & Feedback: Deeply understand customer needs and serve as a voice of the customer in the organization. Gather and process customer feedback (through interactions, surveys, or by collaborating with customer success and sales) to identify common pain points and inform product teams. Understand the clients’ journey in our target industries, including where they get information and who is involved in decisions.
-
Market Evangelism & Events: Serve as one of the faces of AggreGate in the market. Present at industry conferences, trade shows, and online events as a credible expert in IoT, SCADA, and network monitoring domains. Participate in panel discussions or deliver talks that highlight thought leadership and the value of our solutions.
-
Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Establish clear metrics for product marketing success and track them rigorously. Use data and analytics to assess what’s working and what isn’t, and make informed recommendations to adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Deep Domain Expertise: 8+ years of hands-on experience in at least one of our target domains, e.g. industrial automation/operations technology (SCADA/MES systems), IoT platforms, or IT infrastructure and network monitoring.
-
Strategic Messaging and Storytelling: Demonstrated talent for translating complex technology into clear, compelling messaging for our ICP. You can distill technical differentiators into business value propositions that address customer pain points and outcomes.
-
Content Leadership and Accuracy: Exceptional writing and content development skills, especially on technical topics. You have a high bar for quality and an accuracy-first mindset – unwilling to publish anything superficial or unsupported.
-
Go-to-Market & Enterprise Sales Experience: Prior experience in B2B product marketing for complex enterprise software or technology platforms.
-
Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and presentation abilities. Fluency in both Russian and English is required.
- Leadership & Initiative: Although this is an individual contributor role, it is a senior position that calls for leadership in strategy and initiative.
What We Offer
- 100% Remote: Work from anywhere in the world.
- Full-Time Flexibility: A full-time role that respects your focus and flow.
- Global Impact: Work on a product used by industry giants in the IoT and Automation space.
- Growth Culture: 4 additional paid days off per year and a team that values execution over bureaucracy.
