The Role
We are looking for a highly technical Performance Marketer who excels at consistently acquiring paid customers in niches characterized by high competition and frequent ad platform restrictions. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire paid acquisition lifecycle: managing ad accounts, landing pages, CPA networks, lead aggregators, analytics, and CPL optimization.

- Have proven experience in Fintech, Gambling, Crypto, or Traffic Arbitrage.
- Understand how to navigate the strict moderation policies of Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Know how to balance compliance, scalability, and profitability.
- Have worked with CPL / CPA models and deeply understand lead economics.
- Are results-oriented, focusing on conversions rather than just reach or creative metrics.
Key Skills (Hard Skills)
- Hands-on experience launching lending campaigns in Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Deep understanding of Google’s Financial Services Policy and fintech advertising regulations.
- Skill in creating and optimizing high-converting landing pages.
- Experience working with CPA networks and lead aggregators.
- Ability to source, test, and purchase leads from aggregators (e.g., LoansCanada, SmarterLoans, etc.).
- Analytical mindset: monitoring CPL, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
Core Responsibilities
- Launch and scale paid traffic campaigns targeting borrowers in Alberta.
- Manage and optimize advertising accounts.
- Integrate and manage CPA partners and lead aggregators.
- Procure and optimize purchased lead flows.
- Continuously drive down CPL while maintaining high lead quality.
- Ensure compliance and account stability across all platforms.
