Responsibilities:

  • Support & realize SPO1 AFH customers marketing activations strategy development
  • 2-3 times per week support sales teams in Customers meeting to embed AFH marketing strategy execution in specific Customer.
  • Execute marketing piece within AFH Customer streams: internal (e.g. Customers Reviews, Customers AOPs) and external
  • Supports Sales Teams by utilizing PepsiCo capabilities to deliver strategically important activation in TOP customers to build brand awareness
  • Drive commercial and actionable business solutions through fact-based Selling Stories, successful marketing activations;
  • Increase sales team’s selling due to marketing activations in AFH customers
  • Find opportunities to developing activation in AFH customers. Execution marketing activation realization.
  • Develop new tools for sales team to build brand awareness in AFH customers
  • Develop special projects & POSM for AFH - activations, multi-packs, DMPs to increase off-take and increase sales in outlets.
  • A&M/CDA contracts – develop visibility strategy in customers to reach HALO effect, document flow
  • Work with supplier - development of POSM, selection of the most suitable to PepsiCo's global strategy.
  • Close cooperation with brand teams, DX, insight and other teams to realize AFH marketing strategy & be in line with PepsiCo brands goals

Requirements:

  • 3 years+ experience in FMCG, ideally in customer marketing, trade marketing, marketing, sales, insight, commercial
  • Capability to analyze marketing activation through all available sources of information so as to identify category strategic drivers for growth
  • Experience of working for, or with Horeca to deliver tangible results in marketing projects
  • Strong statistical and analytical skills, ability to working with large quantities of data, and recognize trends and connections in data
  • Demonstrated ability to work with Customer teams (external and internal), external agencies and with other markets
  • PC & software skills required (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with advanced analytical Tools
