Civil Construction Superintendent, Mirny Project 28/28 (Wind Project) Jambyl region
Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
10–15 years of civil construction supervision, including 5 years in a management position.
Strong knowledge of civil works and geotechnical constraints.
Fluent in English & Russian
Сoordinates all civil works—earthworks, foundations, roads, platforms, drainage, structural concrete, and civil interfaces for WTG and BESS facilities
Lead and coordinate all civil construction activities, including subcontractor teams, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, QA/QC requirements, and internal standards
Liaise with Site Contractors representatives, Design Authorship representatives, Technical Supervision contract representatives, HSE, CPLO, Electrical Superintendent, Company Site Representative. Support resolution of technical queries (TQs) and NCRs.
Coordinate civil works handover to mechanical, electrical, and commissioning.

Oversee earthworks, access roads, crane pads, foundations, drainage, culverts, and civil interfaces with WTG and BESS units.
- Ensure correct implementation of design institute (DI) civil instructions and follow‑up requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify safety, quality, and progress.
- Supervise all Civil Supervisors
- Ensure proper manpower allocation and installation techniques.
- Inform Company Site Representative about any identified risk or opportunity for Civil discipline.
