Provision Master

For the Astoria Grande cruise liner project, we are looking for a Provision Master with fluent English.

Work location: onboard the vessel Astoria Grande.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate cargo receiving operations in port, including inspection of goods, documentation, and compliance checks.
• Submit purchase requests for food products, alcohol, and consumables (including cleaning chemicals).
• Ensure proper storage of hazardous materials and monitor temperature control conditions.
• Conduct inventory counts, analyze shortages, and monitor write-offs.
• Verify supplier invoices and ensure compliance with the approved budget.
• Prepare various reports in accordance with company standards (product turnover analysis, discrepancy identification).

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in large-scale food inventory management and storage.
• Fluent English.
• Knowledge of 1C accounting software is an advantage.

Conditions:

• Contract salary negotiable starting with EUR 3,000.
• The contract is concluded between an individual and a foreign company.
• Contract duration предполагает 5 months onboard / 1 month off rotation (or negotiable individually).
• Accommodation and meals onboard, transfer are provided by the company.
