Responsibilities

  • Search for new partners in GEO

  • Initial contact and presentation of company offers

  • Funnel onboarding and handover to account managers

  • Maintain database and reporting

Requirements

  • Fluent local language

  • Native-level English

  • 1–3 years of experience in hunting / affiliate sales.

  • Background in iGaming / betting is a strong advantage.

    Hard Skills

  • Facebook Ads / TikTok Ads / Google Ads.

  • Communication tools: WhatsApp, Telegram, Skype.

  • Excel / Google Sheets (database management, basic lead tracking and reporting).

    Knowledge

  • Key metrics: FTD, CR, ROI.

  • Understanding where to find partners: local communities, CPA networks, Facebook groups, African Telegram chats.

  • Strong cold outreach and pitching skills.

    Soft Skills

  • Persistence and ability to handle objections.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to quickly build rapport with partners.

  • High activity level and adaptability.

  • Attention to detail in lead tracking and reporting
