We are seeking a remote Senior Sales Manager for a tattoo studio in Edinburgh, with the central office based in Dubai.

Role Responsibilities

  • Actively work with incoming leads and customers (calls, messengers, CRM) to increase bookings and revenue.
  • Achieve revenue, bookings, and conversion targets.
  • Improve and optimize the existing sales funnel.
  • Ensure high-quality lead processing and fast response times.
  • Develop and refine sales scripts and communication standards.
  • Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to increase conversion and average check.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including: booking conversion rate, number of visits, average check, repeat visits.
  • Analyze cancellations, no-shows, and lost customers to improve sales performance.
  • Gradually build and structure the sales department: help design sales workflows and processes, participate in hiring and onboarding future sales managers, assist in setting up CRM processes and automation.

With successful performance, the role is expected to evolve into Head of Sales, leading and scaling the full sales department.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head of sales/Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager in a B2C service business (studios, salons, hospitality, or similar is a plus).
  • Strong personal sales track record and ability to work hands-on with customers,
  • Understanding of sales metrics and performance analysis.
  • Experience working with Kommo (amoCRM) or similar CRM systems.
  • Experience optimizing sales funnels and improving lead conversion
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership potential and interest in building and managing a team in the future
  • English — working proficiency or higher.
  • Results-driven mindset and structured approach to work.
