Responsibilities:

• Inbound Travel Arrangement and Coordination
• Vendor Management and Negotiation
• Logistics Control
• General affairs and Corporate support

Requirements:

• Speaks English, Russian, Uzbek and (Japanese is preferable)
• more than 3 years of work experience in the tourism sector and a certificate of professional development

Terms:

• Itinerary Planning: to provide the Client with a detailed travel route, hotel categories, and a clear list of included services for the chosen destination
• Booking and Reservations: to timely book and confirm hotel accommodations, air tickets, transportation, guide services
• Documentation: To assist with visa processing, insurance policies, and travel vouchers necessary for the traveler's journey
• Quality assurance: to ensure that all services specified in the contract are provided safely and meet professional industry standards
