Motion Trade is a Dubai-based crypto market maker specializing in liquidity provision, market stability, and token launch support. Our team has experience across 5,000+ token launches and currently supports 500+ active clients worldwide.
Right now we’re looking for an After-Hours Account Manager to support our clients during evening hours on weekdays (Monday to Friday, 19:00–23:00 MSK) and extended hours on weekends (Saturday & Sunday, 08:00–00:00 MSK).
What you’ll do:

Monitor client trading activity and step in with support when needed

Communicate with clients and assist them with platform-related inquiries

Help resolve complex client requests and ensure a smooth client experience

Continuously develop your knowledge in finance, trading, and blockchain technologies
What we’re looking for:

Experience in crypto or trading and a solid understanding of financial markets

Fluent Russian and English (C1+)

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex client requests

Discipline, adaptability, and a client-oriented mindset
