Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers distributing inventory via API connections.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements with suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
- Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, addressing any issues, commercial, or performance-related matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align supplier strategies with business objectives.
- Analyse supplier performance data, market trends, and commercial metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare regular performance reports and supplier updates for management.
- Lead periodic supplier review meetings to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Meet KPIs assigned by the Head of Department, ensuring continuous monitoring and improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year proven experience in trave tech API distribution business development, supplier connectivity, or travel technology environments.
- Experience working with hotel suppliers, travel distribution platforms, or bedbank environments preferred.
- Experience in supplier relationship management, contracting, account management, or partner support.
- Understanding of API connectivity, distribution workflows, and supplier onboarding processes is an advantage.
