We are looking for a Team Lead to build and scale an influencer-driven acquisition channel from scratch, focused on English-speaking audiences globally.
What you’ll do

Build and lead a small team (3–4 people) responsible for influencer outreach

Hire, train, and manage the team

Build and implement the full process: sourcing influencers → outreach → onboarding → tracking

Set up and manage CRM / pipeline (tracking all influencer interactions and performance)

Define and optimize outreach scripts and partner communication with influencers

Work directly with influencers to onboard them into our referral program

Track performance and improve conversion rates across the funnel
About the model
We partner with influencers who promote our platform to their audience.
They earn a commission for each paying customer they bring through a referral link.
Requirements

Experience leading a team (marketing, partnerships, or sales)

Experience working with influencers or affiliate/referral programs (Nice to have)

Strong understanding of funnels and performance metrics

Ability to build processes from zero

Strong written communication (English is mandatory)

Hands-on, proactive, and result-driven

Experience with international (only English-speaking) influencers

Experience setting up CRM systems (HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, etc.)
Compensation

Fixed salary: $1,500/month

Performance-based bonus: % tied to achieving and exceeding agreed targets (KPIs)
