Your Impact

  • Actively seek out and attract new international advertisers (direct clients).

  • Build a sales pipeline in target regions: lead generation, cold outreach, meetings, and presentations.

  • Process incoming inquiries from the website and other sources.

  • Close deals and develop long-term relationships with clients.

  • Work on entering new markets: test hypotheses, identify effective go-to-market approaches.

  • Experimenting with customer acquisition channels and sales formats.

  • Selling solutions to improve efficiency: Telegram advertising, mini-apps, Telegram bots, and other tools.

  • Working with an international team to launch and scale campaigns.

  • Participating in industry events and building connections within the industry.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development in digital or performance marketing.
  • Experience in proactive cold calling and acquiring new clients.
  • Experience working with international markets.
  • Ability to independently manage the sales process—from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance models.
  • Fluency in English (B2+ and above) — for communicating with international clients.
