Company: A boutique financial services (a part of an international group) firm specializing in cross-border transactions across traditional and digital asset classes.
Location: Hong Kong
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and bilingual Financial Analyst to oversee securities and digital assets trading. Precision, speed and forward-looking thinking are the key competences required.
Key responsibilities:
Compiling required P&L, risk reports, and market data for analysis.
Market trends analysis.
Negotiation and execution of transactions in the financial markets, including securities, derivatives trading (both exchange-traded and OTC), virtual assets to maximize returns.
Ensuring compliance of operations with the provisions of the legal documentation, internal procedures and HQ requirements.
Support of day-to-day activities (liquidity management, trades booking, etc.)
Interaction with other functions on various operational issues.
Liaising with functional divisions of the Company and the HQ to ensure smooth operations.
Essential requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Maths, Data Analysis.
Strong financial knowledge and analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and trading systems.
The ability to independently structure large volumes of information and make data driven decisions in the hectic environment.
Min 2 years of experience in a trading support, operations, risk, or finance role within a bank, hedge fund, commodity trading house, or fintech/crypto firm.
Fluent English/ Chinese is a must, Russian language knowledge is a plus.
