Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute a clear, data-driven marketing strategy;
  • Define priority channels, target segments, and growth levers;
  • Ensure direct contribution of marketing to revenue and margin.

Revenue & Sales Integration:

  • Work closely with Business Development and Sales teams;
  • Build predictable lead generation and conversion funnels;
  • Take ownership of marketing-driven pipeline and deal contribution.

Team & Structure:

  • Build and manage a high-performance marketing team (internal and external);
  • Define roles, KPIs, timelines, and accountability;
  • Implement structured processes and execution discipline.

Performance & Analytics:

  • Establish clear KPIs across all marketing activities;
  • Track ROI, CAC, CPL, and conversion metrics;
  • Ensure full transparency through reporting and dashboards.

Innovation & Technology:

  • Implement AI-driven tools and marketing automation;
  • Continuously test, optimize, and scale effective approaches;
  • Improve efficiency through technology and data.

Key KPIs:

  • Marketing-generated pipeline and revenue contribution;
  • Cost per lead (CPL) and customer acquisition cost (CAC);
  • Funnel conversion rates;
  • ROI on marketing spend;
  • Contribution to marginal profit.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Marketing Director / Head of Marketing (B2B preferred);
  • Strong track record of driving measurable revenue impact;
  • Highly execution-driven, hands-on approach;
  • Energetic, proactive, “builder” mindset;
  • Strong analytical and data-driven thinking;
  • Experience with AI tools and marketing automation;
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
