Job Opening: Financial Specialist (Moscow Office)
Company Introduction We are a high-tech company engaged in AI server hardware business, including server assembly, GPU graphics card trading & maintenance, server accessories supply and technical support. We have newly established our branch office in Moscow, Russia and are now looking for a professional Financial Specialist to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
Be responsible for the overall financial management of the Moscow branch, including bookkeeping, financial statements, cost accounting and daily financial operations in accordance with Russian financial regulations.
Be familiar with Russian tax laws and regulations, complete monthly/quarterly/annual tax declaration, tax calculation and tax compliance work.
Master Russian customs regulations, be responsible for customs declaration, tariff calculation, document review and compliance management of imported/exported server hardware, GPU and accessories.
Handle bank transactions, payment approval, fund management and financial reconciliation.
Cooperate with headquarters and local partners, communicate and coordinate financial and customs-related matters.
Ensure all financial activities comply with Russian local laws, financial regulations and customs requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related major; currently residing in Moscow.
Proficient in Russian financial regulations, tax laws and local accounting standards (RAS).
Familiar with Russian customs rules, import & export declaration process and customs clearance for hardware/electronic products.
Able to communicate fluently in oral English; Russian is native language.
Experience in finance, trade or hardware industry is preferred.
Careful, responsible, with strong sense of compliance and cross-border business communication skills.
