Quality director

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the creation and maintenance of policies, SOPs and other quality documentation;
• People management (team leading, motivation, support and training of staff);
• Сordinating of mandatory external trainings, including in the field of quality;
• Сordinating of internal trainings on applicable legislation and relevant standards;
• Organization and conduct of internal and customer audits;
• Сordinating of audits of subcontractors/ suppliers;
• Development and implementation of DR and CAPA;
• Coordination and implementation of validation programs;
• Сordinating of the client’s questionnaire completion.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Higher education;
• At least 5 years of experience in field of quality of pharmaceutical distribution or manufacturing;
• Expertise in QA;
• Additional certification in auditing and related fields;
• Experience in management and team development;
• Fluent English;
• Excellent presentation skills, experience in participating in webinars, speaking at conferences.
