Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the creation and maintenance of policies, SOPs and other quality documentation;
- People management (team leading, motivation, support and training of staff);
- Сordinating of mandatory external trainings, including in the field of quality;
- Сordinating of internal trainings on applicable legislation and relevant standards;
- Organization and conduct of internal and customer audits;
- Сordinating of audits of subcontractors/ suppliers;
- Development and implementation of DR and CAPA;
- Coordination and implementation of validation programs;
- Сordinating of the client’s questionnaire completion.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Higher education;
- At least 5 years of experience in field of quality of pharmaceutical distribution or manufacturing;
- Expertise in QA;
- Additional certification in auditing and related fields;
- Experience in management and team development;
- Fluent English;
- Excellent presentation skills, experience in participating in webinars, speaking at conferences.
