Our portfolio includes Layan Green Park, LaVista Villas, Layan Verde, VillaCarte Agency, proptech project Sabai, and La Green Hotel.
As we scale and prepare for the upcoming season, we are looking for a highly motivated HR Assistant / Junior HR Generalist to join our team on a project basis.

Experience is a plus, but not required — we will teach you everything.
What you will do
1. Learning & Development (L&D)
- Manage and update LMS (learning platform)
- Coordinate internal training and educational programs
- Track learning progress and prepare basic analytics
2. Employer Brand & University Relations
- Support partnerships with universities
- Assist with company presence on LinkedIn
- Help develop employer branding and personal brand of the company
3. Recruitment Support
- Work with incoming candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate processes
- Support hiring pipeline
(No prior recruitment experience required — full training provided)
Requirements
- English level: B2–C1
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Interest in HR, people, and business processes
