We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our International Demand Generation team.

This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their B2B career who wants to grow in international tech marketing and sales. The Junior SDR will work with leads generated by marketing campaigns, conduct initial outreach, qualify prospects based on defined criteria, and ensure smooth handover to the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Qualification

  • Contact inbound and marketing-generated leads via email, LinkedIn, and calls
  • Conduct initial qualification based on predefined ICP and SQL criteria
  • Identify basic information: company profile, role relevance, business need
  • Schedule introductory meetings for Account Executives

CRM & Data Management

  • Accurately enter and update lead data in CRM
  • Maintain clean and structured pipeline records
  • Ensure timely status updates for all assigned leads

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Demand Generation Manager to understand campaign context
  • Provide structured feedback on lead quality
  • Coordinate meeting scheduling with Sales

Performance Tracking

  • Meet agreed targets for response time and outreach activity
  • Support improvement of MQL → SQL conversion rates

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or lead generation (internship experience is acceptable)
  • Strong interest in international B2B and cybersecurity/IT markets
  • Excellent written and spoken English (B2+ / C1 preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfort with structured processes and KPIs
