Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Sales Manager located in Astana.
The Project Sales Manager will oversee project coordination and ensure timely delivery of sales-related initiatives. They will collaborate with internal teams and clients to align goals and achieve successful project outcomes. The role includes analyzing sales data, providing excellent customer service, maintaining strong business relationships, and ensuring effective communication to drive results.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead B2B and B2G sales efforts in the construction and interior design sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, architects, designers, contractors, and government stakeholders
- Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and project briefings
- Identify and engage potential clients, manage full-cycle project sales
- Prepare commercial offers and tender documentation; participate in public and private tenders
- Visit construction sites regularly to monitor project progress and client needs
- Collaborate closely with the London-based project team
- Meet and exceed sales KPIs and performance targets
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B not les than 3 years
- Experience in working with the interior designers
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient user of MS Office
- Good knowlege of Uzkekistani construction and interior design sector
- Fluency in Kazakh ( B1+) and English (B1+)
- Ability to travel within Kazakhstan
