Gepting Sales Group – we are leaders in building sales departments for the online education market. In 2 years, our team has completed over 200 projects, generating over 2 billion rubles in revenue for our clients. Among our partners are market leaders: Margo Savchuk, Roman Zhilin, Anna Rode, Afnan Khalifa Thomas Kralow, and others.

We are looking for a strong and systematic Head of Sales who is ready to not just control managers, but to deeply manage processes and scale results.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing: Leading a remote team (from 2 to 40 managers), inspiring them and focusing them on achieving exceptional results.

Influencing Performance: Ensuring sales plan fulfillment and systematically increasing conversion rates at each stage of the sales funnel.

Working with the Product: Conducting call audits, implementing effective scripts and rebuttals for complex deals, and running business simulations for the team.

Analyzing: Building in-depth analytics, working in amoCRM, and quickly identifying bottlenecks in processes.

Partnering: Directly interacting with top producers and market experts, justifying your decisions with data and facts.

We expect you to:

- Have at least 2 years of proven experience as a Head of Sales in the EdTech/B2C sectors or with product launches (this is a mandatory requirement).

- Be an expert in working with amoCRM and Excel/Google Sheets.

- Possess strong leadership qualities, charisma, and the ability to work effectively in a high-intensity environment.

- Have English language proficiency at the B2+ level – this will give you access to our international projects.
