For our branch in Atyrau we are looking for Electrical Engineer

Main Tasks

• Supervise electrical installation works including MV/LV systems, lighting, grounding, and control systems
• Review electrical engineering deliverables, drawings, and single-line diagrams (SLDs) prior to construction
• Coordinate closely with the engineering team to ensure constructability and alignment with site conditions
• Support and monitor the transition from engineering to construction, ensuring correct interpretation of design documents
• Manage field engineering activities, including clarifications, RFIs, and redline mark-ups
• Plan, witness, and document electrical tests (insulation resistance, continuity, functional and protection tests) and support system energization
• Ensure all electrical works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure proper integration of electrical systems within the overall construction scope
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements
• Support commissioning activities and preparation of handover documentation, including as-built drawings and test reports

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering on construction or industrial EPC project sites
• Experience in both engineering review and site execution is highly preferred
• Good knowledge of IEC/IEEE standards and electrical installation practices
• Strong understanding of engineering-to-construction interfaces
• Hands-on experience in supervision, troubleshooting, and testing of electrical systems
• Strong safety awareness and experience with PTW/LOTO procedures
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Russian and/or Kazakh (highly preferred)
