Currently, we are on the lookout for a PSP / Payment Partnerships Manager with experience in the gambling industry (online casino, sportsbook, or iGaming operators) to spearhead growth in Asian markets.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing PSPs and merchant partners, negotiating commercial terms, and providing operational support for all payment integrations. We are looking for someone with at least one year of experience in gambling or with PSPs, a strong knowledge of the payments ecosystem, and exceptional relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Searching for and onboarding PSPs in target Asian GEOs
- Negotiating commercial agreements and terms with payment providers
- Conducting market research to find the most relevant and reliable payment solutions
- Collaborating with product and sales teams to ensure seamless integration and partner satisfaction
- Providing operational support for launched PSPs, including monitoring performance and resolving issues
- Maintaining and growing long-term strategic partnerships
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in the gambling industry, preferably with an operator or PSP
- Strong understanding of payments in iGaming (card acquiring, PSPs, payouts, settlements)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- English - B2; knowledge of Russian
- Analytical, proactive, and able to manage multiple partners across GEOs
Nice to Have:
- Technical experience with PSP integrations/API onboarding
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in different gambling markets
- Prior experience in sportsbook or casino payments operations
