As part of our expansion, we are strengthening our Country Management team and are looking for a proactive specialist to help develop our presence in the Sudanese or Djiboutian market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support the activities of the sales department.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Lead negotiations and manage key accounts to support business growth.

Requirements

  • Higher education in management, marketing, economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales or business development is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of the Sudanese or Djiboutian market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset and the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Native speaker of Arabic (Sudanese dialect) or French (for Djibouti).
