Responsibilities:
- Manage marketing projects across online and offline channels (planning, budgeting, execution, timeline control, documentation, performance tracking, improvements implementation etc.)
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives, including BTL activities, loyalty programs, retail branding, and digital campaigns
- Drive e-commerce and marketplace development (content optimization, advertising campaigns, analytics, conversion improvement)
- Efficiently and timely manage all the projects’ related documentation (contractual, closing, supporting)
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior
- Evaluate digital/e-com marketing campaign effectiveness and prepare reports and dashboards
- Support e-com pricing and promotional strategies to maintain optimal profitability
- Coordinate with distributors, external agencies, and internal cross-functional teams
- Optimize marketing processes and implement automation tools (CRM, 1C, analytics platforms, etc.)
Requirements:
- Higher education (Marketing, Economics, Management, or related field)
- Proven experience managing marketing projects in both online and offline environments
- Experience working with marketplaces and digital marketing tools
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Deep knowledge of Russian advertising legislation together with proper documentation flow
