Position Overview – Senior Fullstack Developer
We're looking for a Web Developer who takes full ownership — from architecture to production. You write clean, maintainable code, spot technical risks before they become problems, and use AI tools as a natural part of how you work. What you'll be doing
- Own the full development cycle: from architecture decisions to production deployment
- Build and scale web applications and APIs that solve real business problems
- Translate requirements into clean, maintainable code — and push back when something doesn't make sense
- Collaborate in code reviews, contribute to team growth, and share what you know
- Use AI-powered tools daily to write better code, faster — not as a crutch, but as a force multiplier
What we're looking for
- Solid full-cycle experience (frontend, backend, or fullstack)
- Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js or Vue/Nuxt.js, Node.js/Python/PHP, REST/GraphQL, SQL/NoSQL
- Real understanding of system architecture, design patterns, scalability, and security — not just frameworks
- Daily, fluent use of AI dev tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.) integrated into your actual workflow
- Self-driven and communicative: you flag risks early, ask the right questions, and propose solutions — not just problems
- Comfortable with Git, agile workflows, and standard dev lifecycle practices
Nice to have
- CI/CD pipelines, Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Automated testing (Jest, Cypress, Playwright, Pytest)
- Core Web Vitals, SEO fundamentals, WCAG accessibility
- Microservices or event-driven architecture experience
- Mentoring experience or a habit of writing things down for others
