VillaCarte Group is an international real estate and hospitality group operating in Phuket since 2012. Our portfolio spans premium residential developments, a boutique hotel, a proptech platform, and a real estate agency — all built around one thesis: that sustainable, design-led living is the future of luxury investment.

We are in an active growth phase, expanding our investor base across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. This role sits at the center of that expansion.

The role

This is not a traditional PR role. We are looking for someone who thinks in systems — who understands that a Forbes placement, a well-executed influencer site visit, and a co-branded marina partnership are all part of the same demand generation engine.

You will own three interconnected functions:

Media & brand authority — international editorial coverage, press releases, media kits, launch PR

Influencer marketing — global portfolio management, structured campaigns, site visits, performance tracking linked to leads

Strategic partnerships — lifestyle and premium brand partnerships, co-branded campaigns, agency relationships

Across all three, you are expected to track what drives leads, not just impressions — and report on it quarterly with real strategic insight.

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record in PR, communications, or influencer marketing — ideally in luxury, real estate, or hospitality
  • Experience working across international markets: Europe, UAE, USA, or Asia
  • An existing network in media and/or the influencer ecosystem — not something you're building from scratch
  • Fluent English; Russian is a meaningful advantage given our investor profile
  • Strong writing and storytelling ability — you can turn a property launch into a compelling editorial angle
  • Commercial orientation — you connect brand storytelling to sales outcomes and know the difference
  • Comfortable working directly with HNW and UHNW audiences

This role is right for you if

  • You have pitched and placed stories in tier-1 international publications — and can show the results
  • You have managed influencer relationships end-to-end, not just coordinated logistics
  • You think about PR as a business function, not a communications function
  • You are entrepreneurial: you can build systems, not just execute tasks
  • You want ownership — not a role where someone else sets the agenda

This role is not right for you if

  • Your experience is primarily domestic or in a single local market
  • You measure success by output volume rather than business impact
  • You need a large established team to operate — we are a lean, fast-moving group
