Job Title: Local Event Coordinator

Location: Tashkent, fully on-site.

Role Description:

We are seeking to hire a proactive and detail-oriented Local Event Coordinator who will be responsible for planning and executing events that support business growth and brand presence. This role is critical in delivering high-quality event experiences that drive lead generation, strengthen partnerships, and ensure consistent brand representation across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Event Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy aligned with business objectives such as IB acquisition, client onboarding, deposit growth, and trading volume increase
  • Identify and prioritize target audiences (IBs, affiliates, retail traders, VIP clients)
  • Design event concepts and formats including seminars, workshops, expos, webinars, and exclusive VIP experiences
  • Define clear KPIs for each event (lead generation, FTDs, conversion rates, ROI) and ensure alignment with sales targets
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to optimize event positioning and value proposition

2. End-to-End Logistics Management

  • Source, evaluate, and secure appropriate venues based on event scale, audience profile, and brand positioning
  • Manage full event setup including AV systems, live trading screens, staging, branding, and technical infrastructure
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors (catering, production teams, designers, printing suppliers) to ensure seamless delivery
  • Develop detailed timelines, checklists, and contingency plans to mitigate operational risks

3. Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute multi-channel promotional campaigns (digital ads, email marketing, Telegram communities, social media)
  • Optimize registration funnels and landing pages to maximize conversion rates
  • Oversee CRM integration and ensure accurate tracking of all leads and attendee data
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies in real time to meet lead targets

4. IB & Partnership Management

  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners
  • Organize targeted invitations and ensure high-value client attendance
  • Coordinate with internal and external speakers (market analysts, influencers, KOLs) to deliver high-quality content
  • Strengthen long-term partnerships through consistent communication and post-event engagement

5. On-Site Event Execution

  • Lead on-site operations ensuring smooth registration, agenda flow, and attendee experience
  • Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders during the event
  • Ensure sales teams are effectively engaging with attendees and capturing qualified leads
  • Troubleshoot real-time issues and maintain high standards of professionalism and brand representation

6. Post-Event Analysis & Reporting

  • Ensure timely handover of all qualified leads to the sales team within 24 hours
  • Track post-event performance including FTDs, deposit activity, and trading volume generated
  • Analyze event effectiveness against predefined KPIs and ROI benchmarks
  • Prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations for future improvements

7. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all event activities and promotional materials comply with regulatory requirements
  • Include appropriate risk disclaimers in all communications and presentations
  • Work closely with compliance teams to mitigate legal and reputational risks

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field

• Proven experience in event coordination, marketing events, or project management

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously

• Experience in planning and executing offline and/or online events (seminars, expos, webinars, VIP events)

• Solid understanding of lead generation, event marketing, and basic sales funnels

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with internal teams, vendors, and partners

• Experience working with CRM systems and tracking leads is a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle on-site event execution

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality event experiences

• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset

· Fluent in Uzbek (English and Russian language is a plus).
