The Brightman recruitment аgency is looking for an Android Developer (Kotlin) for its large client.

- Mandatory requirement: Relocation to Almaty, Kazakhstan.
- Work format: Hybrid.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and enhancing new and existing products.
- Optimizing application performance.
- Integrating with external APIs.
- Testing and documenting code.
- Owning technical tasks for the team and conducting code reviews.
- Participating in architectural decisions.
- Independently decomposing tasks, estimating, and participating in planning.
- Engaging in code reviews and mentoring.
- Collaborating with the team on tasks.
- Learning new technologies and improving qualifications.
- Participating in all team activities.
- Following documented processes.
Requirements:
- Mobile development experience for 3+ years.
- Experience in banking or fintech for 2+ years.
- Strong knowledge of Kotlin (advanced level).
- Experience with Clean Architecture, MVI patterns (Redux/TEA), Coroutines (Flow), and core design patterns.
- UI development experience using Jetpack Compose.
- Experience with GitLab CI.
- Understanding of mobile application performance optimization principles.
- Experience working in a team and understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proactivity, initiative, and ability to lead processes.
- Ability to make and propose decisions on the project, including architectural ones.
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
