About the Role
We are looking for a Senior ERP Specialist to take full ownership of our ERP landscape, not just maintaining systems, but defining how they support and scale the business.
You will lead a live migration to Odoo, design system architecture, and drive process automation across core business functions. This role combines hands-on implementation, system design, and cross-functional leadership.
Responsibilities
ERP Strategy & Architecture
- Own the end-to-end ERP strategy across Priority and Odoo
- Act as the final decision-maker for ERP architecture, data model, and process design
- Define and drive the ERP roadmap beyond initial migration (USA launch, e-commerce, scaling)
- Partner with business leadership on decisions with system and process impact
Odoo Ownership & Migration
- Take full technical ownership of Odoo: configuration, customization, and integrations
- Lead the US go-live from requirements through cutover
- Own architectural decisions across data models, workflows, and system extensions
- Ensure Odoo scales with business growth (markets, channels, transaction volume)
Business Process Engineering & Automation
- Analyze and redesign processes across sales, procurement, warehouse, and finance
- Design and implement process automation and optimization
- Identify inefficiencies and deliver systemic, scalable solutions
- Lead AS-IS TO-BE mapping for migrated and new workflows
Vendor & Contractor Management
- Own relationships with ERP contractors and vendors
- Define scope, review deliverables, and ensure technical quality
- Make build vs. buy decisions for ERP functionality
- Strategically reduce reliance on external vendors where appropriate
Team Leadership & Enablement
- Lead and grow internal ERP capability
- Support and manage ERP-related roles as the team evolves
- Establish scalable practices for system ownership and ongoing development
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, warehouse, finance, and customer support teams
- Translate business requirements into system and architecture decisions
- Act as the bridge between business and technical teams during and after migration
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on ERP experience as an implementer, architect, or technical lead (not support-level)
- Experience with at least one ERP system end-to-end (implementation, configuration, customization, migration) - Odoo preferred; SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Oracle, 1C, or Priority also relevant
- Strong experience in business process design, optimization, and automation
- Proven experience leading or playing a key role in ERP migration or large-scale implementation
- Experience designing system integrations (APIs, data flows, middleware patterns)
- Experience managing external vendors or development teams
- Strong technical foundation (data models, SQL, ERP customization frameworks)
- Systems thinking and architecture mindset
- Ability to operate independently and make system-level decisions
- English — professional working proficiency (B2+)
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with Odoo (implementation or certification)
- Experience with Priority ERP
- Experience with billing, payments, or subscription-based workflows
- Background in logistics, warehouse, or fulfillment operations
- Experience in e-commerce or operations-heavy environments
