Our client is an investment-led group operating across health, longevity, and wellness, combining elements of venture building, private equity, and holding-company strategy. The group is building and acquiring premium businesses across the broader health ecosystem and is currently scaling across several verticals.
The platform is at an early but dynamic stage of growth, with around $10 million already invested. Current focus areas include premium longevity and social wellness clubs, personalized health and compounding products, and an in-house media and education platform.
The company is looking for a hands-on Head of Finance / Finance Director who will build the finance function from the ground up and create a scalable financial infrastructure for a fast-growing multi-entity platform.
Key responsibilities:

Build the group finance function from scratch across the holding company and portfolio businesses;

Establish management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and plan–fact analysis;

Create 1–3 year financial models and business plans for existing and new business lines;

Set up treasury, cash control, intercompany flows, and core financial controls;

Support investment decisions, capital allocation, M&A opportunities, and due diligence;

Standardize and automate finance processes while keeping the structure lean and non-bureaucratic;

Partner closely with founders, shareholders, and business unit leaders;

Build and develop the finance team as the platform grows.
Requirements:

Proven experience building or significantly transforming a finance function in a startup, holding, multi-entity, or multi-asset environment;

Mandatory work experience in the UAE or other GCC countries;

Strong hands-on experience in management accounting, P&L, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting;

Advanced financial modelling skills, including business cases, unit economics, scenario analysis, and investment evaluation;

Experience with treasury, intercompany flows, consolidation, and cost control;

Practical exposure to M&A, due diligence, investment analysis, or capital allocation;

Ability to translate shareholder vision into clear financial plans, KPIs, scenarios, and execution roadmaps;

Strong business mindset and ability to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment;

Fluent English and fluent Russian are mandatory.
