Looking for VIP Manager (iGaming)

We’re looking for an experienced VIP Manager to build strong relationships with high-value players and drive retention
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop VIP player portfolio
- Communicate via chat, email, and calls
- Provide personalized offers, bonuses, and incentives
- Monitor player activity and improve retention
- Handle VIP requests, issues, and escalations
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Track performance and key VIP metrics
Requirements:
- min 2+ years as VIP Manager in iGaming (casino)
- German B2/C1 (English B2+ as a plus)
- Strong understanding of retention & player lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills
- Multitasking, attention to detail
