The Role:
In-Season Management
- Analyze product performance using sales data and store feedback
- Monitor customer preferences regarding:
fit
pricing
colors
quality
- Conduct competitor analysis on products, pricing, and trends
- Identify assortment gaps and commercial opportunities
- Recommend actions such as:
repeat orders
markdowns
stock transfers
Pre-Season Planning
- Participate in showroom and assortment selection
- Adapt collections to local market needs
- Provide recommendations on:
assortment structure
pricing architecture
color selection
The Candidate:
- Experience in fashion / retail merchandising, planning, or buying
- Strong commercial mindset combined with analytical skills
- Good understanding of retail store operations and consumer behavior
- Ability to translate market insights into actionable recommendations
- Strong English is required
