Менеджер по продажам (remotely)

We are looking for a person who can operate in a premium, high-touch environment and naturally communicate with high-net-worth individuals.

You will responsible for

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients through outbound communication, including cold outreach, with a focus on generating new business opportunities.

  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships by delivering a highly personalized, premium-level service experience.

  • Conduct client communications and presentations in English, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and alignment with brand positioning.

  • Work closely with high-net-worth (HNW/UHNW) clients, understanding their expectations and delivering exceptional service standards.

  • Handle objections and rejection with confidence, maintaining a proactive and resilient approach in all interactions.

Key requirements

  • Strong spoken and written English (mandatory).

  • Experience in sales not less than 3 years, preferably in Luxury concierge / lifestyle management / Premium travel (luxury travel agencies, private aviation, yachting, etc.) / Hospitality (high-end hotels, VIP services)

  • Existing LinkedIn network (ideally 1000+ relevant connections).

  • Active on LinkedIn (posting, engaging, not a “dead” profile).

  • Proven ability or experience in outbound / client communication.

  • Highly proactive mindset — able to generate opportunities independently.

  • Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection.
