Our client, an international Pharmaceutical Company, is looking for Talent Acquisition Partner.

This role is accountable for delivering end-to-end recruitment excellence, partnering closely with business leaders and key stakeholders to translate talent priorities into effective hiring strategies, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor by aligning recruitment strategies with company’s short- and long-term business priorities and enterprise talent agenda.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across levels, ensuring alignment to organizational needs, strategic objectives, and market realities.
  • Translate business priorities, workforce plans, and current and future capability needs into clear talent strategies and actionable hiring plans.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through an agile, transparent, and collaborative recruiting approach across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strengthen business partnership by using data and market insights to inform decisions, shape talent discussions, and tell a compelling talent story.
  • Identify critical talent needs and capability gaps to shape targeted recruiting strategies across the business and geography.
  • Advance regional diversity hiring strategies in partnership with business leaders, Talent Acquisition colleagues, and inclusion partners.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally within an in-house Talent Acquisition environment.
  • Experience working within a multinational organization is required
  • Fluency in English and Russian, with strong written and verbal communication skills, is required.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG or broader life sciences industry is a plus
  • Demonstrated success recruiting talent across a range of levels, from early-career to senior leadership roles.
  • A strong focus on operational excellence, with a track record of meeting or exceeding key performance metrics.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
  • A strong commitment to stakeholder partnership and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively across functions and levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
  • Proficiency in using Talent Acquisition data and analytics to identify trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • A positive, collaborative mindset with the agility to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
