Responsibilities:
- Constant monitoring of feedback of the brand in the market;
- Identify key opportunities and propose a clear strategy to build brand recognition and avoid negative reaction to the brand;
- Create market analysis in order to have solid picture of market activities and trends in relation to consumer and product;
- Study consumers, their preferences, the perception of existing brands and the psychology of consumer behavior;
- Control the application of the results of market analysis to the seasonal collection;
- Oversight and validate action steps on collection’s updates and changes to achieve approved results in quality and pricing;
- Achievement of sales plans and margins according to financial targets;
- Coordinate and manage strategic category direction; ensure cross-functional alignment;
- Supervise process and results of Line Reviews and Line Closes (pre-order and order sessions);
- Identify new business opportunities to drive innovation and / or commerciality;
- Actively provide input for setting the Concept to Consumer direction and implement it into relevant ranges in partnership with Marketing Communication counterparts;
- Control developing assortment pyramid according to evolving consumer’s need;
- Provide direction for product development briefs and designs to control efficiencies of assortment and cross functional effectiveness;
- Observe and control internal forecasting processes, review and analyze forecasting and order results provided by buyers;
- Ensure developed product is fully meeting Buy Ready requirements for seasonal calendars;
- Manage the group and develop their operational and professional skills using available resources to create a top performing group;
- Show leadership through living the brand and corporate values as a role model, while fostering a performance culture in their interactions and?within their section and group;
- Manage and develop optimum relationship with cross-functional teams to enable an efficient product creation process;
- Responsible for the group’s timely, accurate and complete data management within the relevant system landscape (i.e., PLM);
- Develop operational and tactical plans for the group’s development – track and control execution;
- Drive group performance through KPI fulfillment and SMART target setting to meet or beat performance objectives. Support professional growth and development to help support retention and resiliency;
- Be the main representative of the group in department activities (projects, meetings and events) and change management within your team by actively supporting innovations in tools and related processes.
Requirements:
- 7 years of product marketing experience with APP, FTW, ACC or comparable background;
- 2 years minimum with supervisory experience;
- Education: higher education, preferable specialty – marketing / business / textile / fashion;
- English level: pre-intermediate;
- Program ownership: advanced user - MS office (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook), AI, PLM system – nice to have.
