Introduction

In this role, you will provide document, process and administrative support to the legal team. You will not give independent legal opinions or conduct negotiations, but you will actively participate in preparing materials, managing documentation and supporting routine legal processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing draft commercial contracts using approved templates (including with travel product suppliers such as airlines and hotels); checking contracts for template compliance and filling in standard sections.
  • Collecting and organizing information for legal advice – sending requests to business units, compiling dossiers for projects and new initiatives.
  • Maintaining databases and registers for compliance matters (data protection, consumer protection, marketing/promotions, travel laws) – tracking permit expiry dates, recording notifications, assisting with report preparation.
  • Monitoring legal and regulatory changes (within a defined scope) and preparing digest/summary cards for the legal team.
  • Organizing internal communications with other departments (HR, Finance, Business Units, Marketing, Customer Service) – scheduling meetings, collecting data, drafting draft memos.
  • Preparing training materials (slides, handouts, quizzes) and assisting in organizing legal training sessions (logistics, mailings, attendance tracking).
  • Assisting in resolving legal disputes and customer complaints – logging claims, finding internal correspondence, creating timelines, drafting simple response letters for review by lawyers.
  • Supporting the development and documentation of internal processes – drafting instructions, checklists, forms, and updating internal knowledge bases.
  • Supporting employment law matters – preparing requests to HR, checking for mandatory document formalities, maintaining logs (leave, business travel, notifications) under lawyer supervision.
  • Corporate administration – filling in standard forms for registration actions, preparing files for statutory documents, tracking filing deadlines with authorities.
  • Liaising with local law firms – initial contact (transmitting documents, requesting basic information), scheduling meetings, tracking receipt of outgoing documents, maintaining a register of instructions to external counsel.

What you'll Need to Succeed:

  • Education Background: A completed Bachelor's Degree in Law, or you are currently in your 4th year.

  • English proficiency: B2–C1.

  • Prior experience is preferred but not strictly required.
