Who we’re looking for:
— student or graduate of ВМК МГУ / мехмат МГУ / физфак МГУ / МФТИ / ФКН ВШЭ;
— strong logic, math and attention to detail;
— SQL or willingness to learn fast;
— Python / pandas is a plus;
— interest in AI, consumer apps, growth, product, marketing and startups.

We are a small, experienced team building a profitable and scalable AI business, with AI at the core of both our product and our daily work. No bureaucracy, fast decisions, real ownership, real data.
We’re looking for a strong intern in growth / product analytics — someone who wants to learn how consumer products grow, not just how to write SQL queries.
What you’ll work on:
— build dashboards that help us understand the business: acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, subscriptions, LTV, ROAS;
— analyze marketing, funnels, countries, channels, creatives, user segments and paywalls;
— research competitors: onboarding, pricing, paywalls, positioning, ASO, creatives and growth mechanics;
— find growth opportunities across acquisition, onboarding, pricing, retention and subscription economics;
— help formulate growth/product hypotheses;
— participate in launching A/B tests and experiments;
— measure experiment results and understand what to scale, improve or stop;
— find anomalies, data issues and unexpected insights.
No previous work experience required. What matters is the ability to think clearly, dig deep, learn fast and understand the business meaning behind the data.
This role can grow into data/product analytics or into a broader growth/product role, depending on your strengths and interests.
