We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who will rebuild the company’s marketing function as a system directly driving business growth, revenue, and product portfolio development. The role goes beyond channel management and focuses on creating a strong marketing function based on analytics, brand strategy, and market intelligence.

The Role:

  • Redesign and strengthen the company’s marketing function in line with a marketing-driven and revenue-driven approach.
  • Build a marketing analytics system that supports management decision-making based on data.
  • Identify market trends, uncover growth opportunities, and develop marketing strategies for both domestic and international markets.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis, identify white spaces, and launch new products or brands.
  • Contribute to product strategy and development of the company’s brand architecture.
  • Define clear brand positioning across different price segments.
  • Optimize marketing budgets by evaluating ROI across channels and activities.
  • Implement best-in-class industry and global marketing practices.
  • Develop all sales channels, including the strategic use of digital platforms.

The Profile:

  • Experience in the automotive aftermarket/auto parts industry is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, OEM, or manufacturing companies with revenue of 20+ billion RUB is preferred.
  • Proven experience working with federal distributors and introducing new brands into their portfolios on the manufacturer side.
  • Experience in building brand architecture across multiple price segments.
  • Strong track record in implementing operational and strategic analytics, digitalization, automation, and data visualization.
  • Experience developing marketing strategies in organizations with a marketing-first business model.
