Sales Manager (iGaming)
We're looking for a Sales Manager to join a team working across international markets. This isn't just "calling from a script" - it's a full-cycle client-facing role where your performance has a direct impact on business results and your earnings.
What you'll be doing:
Sales & Client Communication

Communicate with clients via phone calls and chats

Present the product, promotions, bonuses, and special offers

Handle objections, complaints, and complex customer cases

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Operations

Maintain CRM records and reporting
-
Work with logs and internal systems
-
Collaborate with other departments

Assist clients with registration, verification, and deposits
Performance

Work toward KPIs while following sales scripts

Improve scripts and sales approaches

Meet and exceed performance targets
What we're looking for:

Fluent spoken English and Greek (required)

Experience in sales, a call center, or customer support/service

Previous experience in the iGaming industry is a strong advantage

Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship skills
