We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy for an international real estate company specializing in resort and investment properties.

This is a hands-on role for a versatile digital marketer who combines strong performance marketing skills with content creation, social media management, and digital brand development. The ideal candidate is able to independently manage multiple digital channels, create engaging content, launch and optimize advertising campaigns, and use analytics to drive business growth.

Experience in real estate marketing is essential, while previous exposure to international resort, overseas property, or investment markets will be considered a strong advantage.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, SMM or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, Telegram Ads, Yandex Direct, and other paid acquisition channels.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and developing content strategies.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging marketing content for social media, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and advertising materials.
  • Experience creating content plans and managing digital content production.
  • Ability to prepare creative briefs and collaborate with designers, videographers, photographers, and external contractors.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, website optimization, and landing page performance.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and marketing attribution systems.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize marketing ROI.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and tracking key performance indicators.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with sales teams.
  • English level: B2–C1.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy across all online channels.
  • Manage and grow the company’s digital presence, including website, social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital channels.
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Build and optimize digital marketing funnels to improve customer acquisition and conversion rates.
  • Create and manage content strategies for social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
  • Develop marketing copy for advertisements, landing pages, websites, social media posts, email campaigns, and sales materials.
  • Coordinate the creation of digital assets, including visuals, videos, and promotional content, together with internal teams and external partners.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior using marketing analytics tools.
  • Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies to continuously improve results.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality, follow-up processes, and conversion rates.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and creative partners when required.
  • Research competitors, market trends, and new digital marketing opportunities.
  • Identify and implement new tools, technologies, and automation solutions to improve marketing efficiency.

  • Experience in international real estate markets.
  • Experience promoting resort properties, overseas investments, or luxury real estate.
  • Previous experience working with markets such as Phuket, Dubai, Bali, Spain, or similar international destinations.
  • Experience running multilingual marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of AI tools for marketing, content creation, and automation.
  • Experience with CRM automation, lead nurturing, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and website management.
