Диспетчер (Sprinters / Box Trucks)

What You'll Do:

• Hunt for the best loads for Sprinters and Box trucks
• Negotiate rates directly with brokers — and win
• Build strong, lasting partnerships with brokers
• Own the load from pickup to delivery — start to finish

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in US trucking dispatch — no exceptions
• Ready to work night shifts: 5:00 PM–2:00 AM or 6:00 PM–3:00 AM (winter)
• Fluent in English
• Thrive under pressure and stay sharp through long hours
• Hungry to learn and level up
• Detail-obsessed and always on time

⚠️ Please note: Candidates with no dispatch experience will not be considered.

What's In It For You:

• Full-time gig: 9-hour days, 5 days a week
• 15%-20% from the margin/profit + bonuses
• Compensation consists of a commission bonuses, no upper limit
