This role is open within Adstat.pro — our Telegram Ads automation platform. The product helps businesses manage, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns more efficiently and continues to grow across international markets.
We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to strengthen our backend engineering team. We need someone with a solid technical foundation, a high degree of autonomy, and practical experience using AI-assisted dev tools in daily workflows. In this role, you will contribute directly to product architecture, make key engineering decisions, and work closely with cross-functional teams.
Your impact:

Develop and maintain high-performance backend components at a Senior level.

Design architecture and build core platform capabilities for international scaling.

Participate in product planning end-to-end — from initial idea to deployment.

Collaborate closely in a cross-functional setup with Product, Design, DevOps, QA, and Support teams.

Provide technical mentorship and help foster the professional growth of other team members.

Unblock engineering bottlenecks and gradually step into technical leadership as the team grows.
What you bring:
Must-have skills:

5–7 years of commercial software engineering experience.

Strong technical foundation: deep knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems architecture.

Deep proficiency in Python and key libraries for modern SaaS development.

Understanding of AI-first engineering principles and practical experience applying them.

Solid experience designing and building REST APIs.

Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases.

Proactive ownership mindset, high autonomy, and a focus on final business outcomes.
Nice to have:

Practical experience with JVM-based technologies or Go.

Knowledge of TypeScript and willingness to handle light frontend tasks when needed.
