Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the month-end closing process, including reconciliation of accruals, provisions, and adjustments based on updated business information.
• Perform financial and economic analysis of operating expenses related to the promotion and sale of pharmaceutical products, dietary supplements, and medical devices.
• Conduct trend, variance, structural, and factor analysis to identify key business drivers and performance opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss (P&L) statements by brand and support profitability analysis.
• Develop and deliver regular management reports, including monthly Actual vs. Budget performance reporting for departments and business functions.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, including departmental and brand budgets.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and periodic financial estimates.
• Monitor and assess financial risks associated with changes in spending plans, business activities, and cost structures.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to support short-term and long-term operating expense planning.
• Analyze the Company's financial performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve business results.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, productivity improvements, and enhanced profitability.
• Develop and implement methodologies to improve the effectiveness and return on company investments.
• Participate in cross-functional and strategic business projects, providing full financial support and analytical expertise.
• Support the preparation of corporate financial reports and ensure timely delivery of high-quality financial analysis.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports, business cases, and analytical reviews as required by management.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing data, explanations, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and maintenance of financial master data within corporate systems.
• Ensure compliance with internal reporting standards, corporate policies, and applicable financial regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Finance/Economics (ACCA/CPA is advantage);
• Minimum 6 years of experience in financial analyst/controller role;
• Relevant experience in Pharmaceutical company will be an advantage;
• Strong understanding of P&L, BS structure, financial modeling and variance analysis techniques;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting processes.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication and business partnering skills with the ability to work effectively across functions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment.
• Written and spoken English – advanced.
