Business Analyst (business processes in Jira/Confluence)

We are looking for a specialist to optimize business processes and implement improvements using the Atlassian stack. You will gather and formalize requirements from internal stakeholders, participate in change management, conduct demonstrations and training sessions, and create user documentation and guides.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements from internal stakeholders
• Designing and optimizing business processes
• Participating in change management and collecting feedback
• Conducting demonstrations and training sessions
• Creating documentation and user guides

Requirements:

• Experience in implementing projects for migrating and improving business processes in Jira/Confluence
• Understanding of Jira/Confluence administration, ability to write JQL queries, knowledge of popular plugins
• Ability to identify pain points and needs of internal stakeholders, formalize them into requirements, and propose solutions within the Atlassian stack
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work with diverse audiences, strong analytical mindset, and proactivity
