Johnson&Johnson is considering candidates for the vacancy Senior Commercial Specialist CIS (temporray contract) based in Moscow.

Responsibilities:

• For this position we expect the candidate to actively support the development of an efficient commercial strategy and additional opportunities for the development of MedTech business in the CIS countries in collaboration with BDM CIS (9 countries).
The employee will focus on the following responsibilities:
Main Part: Commercial Support for MEDTECH Businesses and Distributors in the CIS:
• Distributors life-cycle management (~22 distributors)
• Contract management (contract signing, termination, additional agreements etc.): assisting in the preparation of document drafts, their coordination, and signing. Working with internal systems: Request Navigator (RN), Customer Development Form (CDF), International Contract Database (ICD);
• Sell-out reporting process maintain (working with Advantis system). Monitoring distributors' reports on clinical support;
• Regular calls/meetings with distributors. Assistance in organization of distributor summits;
• Official communication (preparation and coordination of letters for clients in Russian/English);
• Cross-functional interaction with departments (business units, legal, tax, finance, registration, quality, IT, CS, etc.);
• Creating, updating, and maintaining up-to-date information on distributors;
• Discount/rebate calculation, commercial policies update and distribution;
• Creating process maps for applicable policies/procedures.
• Creating and developing new tools for more effective interaction with distributors.

Requirements:
• A bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field is required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (Commercial Department Manager, Customer Relationship Specialist, Key Account Manager, Sales Specialist, Marketing Specialist);
• Experience working with external counterparties;
• Strong knowledge of the industry in which the company operates is essential;
• Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point;
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g.Miro, Visio, Qlik);
• Experience working with documents (contracts, letters) for at least 2 years
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English language proficiency or higher;
• Strong leadership and distributors management experience;
• Ability to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, drive continuous improvement and adapt to changing market dynamics;
• Creative approach to task execution;
• Ability to multitask;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Willingness to work in a large cross-functional team;
• Structured thinking.
