Sunny Academy is an international children’s language school helping kids develop language skills that open doors to greater opportunities in life.
We are looking for a Sales & Recruitment Manager to join our international team and help English-speaking families find the right language programs for their children.
⚡ Important: This role combines two very different areas of responsibility
This position includes 2 distinct areas of work:
💰 1. Sales — selling lessons to new clients, making cold calls, and closing sales.
👩🏫 2. Recruitment — sourcing new teachers and conducting interviews with teacher candidates.
🎯 Responsibilities
💰 Sales Manager — Sales
- 📞 Sell lessons to new clients.
- 📋 Make calls to a cold client database.
- 💬 Contact and communicate with potential clients.
- 🤝 Manage the sales process from initial contact to conversion.
- shifts for Sales manager role - Tuesday from 2 pm up to 9 pm CET ; Wednesday 9 am up to 5 pm CET; Friday from 10 am up to 9 pm CET ; Saturday from 10 up to 7 pm CET; Sunday from 3 pm up to 7 pm CET
👩🏫 HR / Recruitment — Teachers
- 🔎 Search for and source new teachers.
- 🎤 Conduct interviews with teacher candidates.
- 📋 Conduct initial candidate screening.
- ✅ Assess candidates according to the company's requirements.
🔑 Requirements
- 💼 1+ year of experience as a Sales Manager.
- 🎓 Background or education in Linguistics.
- ⏰ Availability to work 38 hours per week.
- 🔄 Comfortable combining responsibilities across Sales and Recruitment.
