Requirements:

• Service industry experienced is desired
• Knowledge of telephone courtesy
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Natural hospitality and guest oriented
• University degree
• Spoken English

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests in the lobby and give them a warm farewell at check-out
• Attend to guests courteously and deal promptly with their requests and queries
• Check on VIP guests movements and complete their pre-registration formalities
