Our client is a well-known international company. Country headcount ~ 5000. Subordinates ~ 30. Reporting line: Country MD and Regional HR VP.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To provide a professional and comprehensive Human Resources support to the Management Team and the staff;
  • To contribute to and implement locally HR processes, systems and tools as defined by the Group;​​​​​​
  • RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Strengthen the partnership relation with business units, developing high service level HR support;
  • Ensure «on the ground» presence of HR function to apply efficient customer service;
  • Manage the recruitment process at all levels and attract best-in-class candidates;
  • Ensure compliance with corporate recruitment policies & procedures, proper corporate branding and transmission of the Company Vision & Mission;
  • Select and recruit adequate personnel through efficient recruitment;
  • Recommend and implement a remuneration policy and salary structure in line with the local practices and Group's guidelines;
  • Implement Corporate Remuneration processes, such a the Annual Salary Review and the Performance Bonus process for the country;
  • Ensure or supervise the processing of payroll, making sure that accuracy, legal requirements, punctuality and clarity are respected;
  • Implement the Global Training & Development Strategy, develop regional Training & Development Strategy;
  • Coordinate the Training &Development activity in partnership with the line management to respond to business requirements;
  • Ensure that the training activity is proving to be efficient through lowering of turn-over, increase efficiency of manpower, strengthening of employee engagement and harmonized corporate culture sharing;
  • Strengthen the understanding and utilization of the Group's Performance Management system;
  • Manage performance management process in a timely and quality manner;
  • Implement HR procedures and processes in accordance to Group guidelines, local legislation (and unions requirements if applicable);
  • Ensure regular communication of organizational and personnel related changed to all employees within the affiliate;
  • Lead, coach and develop an Human Resources team to deliver quality HR services to support business;
  • Identify and promote future HR professionals;
  • Operate to the highest standards of ethics, in accordance with the Code of Integrity;
  • REQUREMENTS:
  • GENERAL

  • Fluent English and Russian;
  • Advanced PC User;
  • PROFESSIONAL

  • Higher education;
  • 5−10 years experience in all aspects of Human Resources Management: recruitment, training & development, management, administration, compensation & benefits, legislation;
  • Sound technical knowledge on all Human Resources disciplines (methods and tools);
  • PERSONAL

  • Able to coordinate and motivate a team towards a common goal;
  • Very strong customer service orientation;
  • Able to work independently, as well as in team and to coordinate several activities simultaneously;
  • Ability to build trust, respect and confidentiality;
