Associate, Labor and Migration Law Practice

International consulting company SCHNEIDER GROUP invites an Associate to join our Labor and Migration Law team at HQ in Moscow, Russia.

Responsibilities:

• Work at projects related to labor and migration laws, but not limited to that. Track record in personal data matters would be an advantage.
• Complex project support in different areas of business, including, but not limited to IT, sales, pharmaceuticals, production localization, etc.
• Development and legal analysis of all types of labor-related documentation (focus on employment agreements, job descriptions, local policies and migration packages for hiring foreign managers).
• We have personal data projects, where we also seek for a professional, who wants and can catch up.

  Client support: consulting, elaborating legal opinions on different aspects of labor, migration and personal data law, as well as support to senior colleagues with labor disputes and internal investigations.

Requirements:

• University education (legal), fluent English, German as an additional strong advantage
• Consulting experience as an strong advantage
• Knowledge of labor and migration laws and experience in elaborating legal opinions
• Ability to work with a wealth of information on a tight schedule, accuracy, attentiveness, resistance to stress
